HI LOVLIES, my name is Soph! So this all started by me doing a couple of Mat Pilates classes in a community centre in Busselton Dec 2021, & now we’ve opened up my dream wellness centre in Vasse Dec 2023… & just like that my vision & dream has become a reality. We started out as Zofia Flow, & now we’ve transitioned into the dreamy Sunnee Studio… I’m bloody obsessed with everything about SS.

When I started this journey, my biggest passion was to encourage & inspire those who felt uncomfortable, embarrassed, maybe insecure about working out & create a space where everyone feels like the best version of themselves. In the past I’ve had all sorts of insecurities, etc. around my body, working out or what I “should” look like. Once I fell in love with Pilates, this turned around a bit but still had a long way to go. So I became a Pilates Instructor with a vision to open my own Studio with a vibe to hopefully create a bit of change & create a space of feeling bloody goooodddd about ourselves, celebrate movement & celebrate our bodies. 

I want every person who walks into Sunnee to feel VIBRANT & know how incredible they are. I want our classes & events to be the escape or the fuel they need to feel like SUNSHINE each & every day. My greatest achievement in life is the relationships formed from this beautiful space & the way we can all build each other up. “There’s just something about being there and being a part of it” is something I hear so often & that is ALL I’ve ever wanted.
