Your first reformer class at Sunnee — here's exactly what to expect

Nervous is normal. Excited is valid. Here's everything you need to know so you walk in ready.

Everyone was new once — even the regulars flying through Spring Cardio

Every single person who's now a Sunnee regular had a first day. A first class. A moment of standing at the door wondering if they were in the right place.

They were. And you are too.

Our instructors are genuinely good at what they do — patient, experienced, and very skilled at making you feel like you've been coming here for years. Even when it's day one.

Before you arrive

  • Book through the Sunnee app — if it's your first class, start with Beginner Burn

  • Wear comfortable activewear

  • Bring grip socks — or grab a pair from us, we've got them in studio

  • Arrive a little early — we'll show you around and introduce you to your reformer before we start

  • That's genuinely it. We sort the rest. Have fun.

When you walk in

You'll be greeted, shown to your machine, and walked through the basics before class begins. Springs, straps, what goes where — all of it. No one is left to figure it out alone.

The studio and you get warm (trust us, layers are great). The music is good. The people are lovely. It's the kind of place that feels immediately like somewhere you want to be.

During class

Every exercise is cued clearly. Progressions are offered every time. You don't need to keep up — you just need to listen to your body and your instructor.

Beginner Burn moves at a pace that lets you actually learn the movements. You'll finish feeling confident, not confused.

After class

A little wobbly. Pleasantly spent. Light in a way that's hard to explain until you've felt it.

Most new members book their second class before they leave the building. Just saying.

21 days unlimited for $99 — Sunnee Studio, 4/1 Ostler Drive, Vasse. Less than 15 minutes from Busselton, Dunsborough and Cowaramup.
